Claims & recovery
How supporters and artists claim ETH, NFTs, and rewards, including active-listing withdrawal timing and deadline recovery.
FWAIR outcomes accrue onchain before assets move to a wallet. ETH, NFTs,
and FWA reward tokens are separate pull-based claims. A campaign can be
Complete while listings remain active or wallets still have
unclaimed assets.
Who claims what
| Claim | Beneficiary | Typical source |
|---|---|---|
| Supporter ETH | Recorded supporter | Failure refund, deadline recovery, or net backing from an FWA settlement |
| Supporter NFT | Recorded supporter | Direct award, returned FWA outcome, or voluntary active-listing exit |
FWA reward tokens | Supporter-share holder | Harvested depositor rewards divided across permanent shares |
| Artist ETH | Campaign artist | Direct-award backing, returned active-listing backing, and FWA depositor earnings |
| Artist NFT | Campaign artist | Failed campaign or a position left unprocessed at the deadline |
Permissionless maintenance can make balances current, but only the recorded beneficiary can claim an asset. Claiming one asset does not automatically claim the others.
Active-listing withdrawal timing
A supporter whose position remains an active FWA listing can eventually
withdraw it for the NFT. The campaign snapshots a base delay and
per-multiplier increment when it is created. The position's delay is
baseDelay + (multiplier - 1) × increment.
| Multiplier | Earliest voluntary withdrawal |
|---|---|
| 1× | 1 day |
| 2× | 1 day 12 hours |
| 3× | 2 days |
| 4× | 2 days 12 hours |
| 5× | 3 days |
| 6× | 3 days 12 hours |
| 7× | 4 days |
| 8× | 4 days 12 hours |
| 9× | 5 days |
| 10× | 5 days 12 hours |
The clock begins when that individual position successfully enters FWA—not when the campaign becomes fully backed or randomness is requested. The timestamp is only the earliest voluntary exit: the listing must still be active, and normal FWA locks and state restrictions still apply. Direct awards never create listings and do not use this withdrawal path.
Failure before full backing
Before full backing, the artist may cancel, anyone may expire the campaign after its support deadline, and the manager owner may emergency-fail it. Finalization gives supporters a full refund of every supported position and makes escrowed NFTs claimable by the artist. The collection never enters FWA.
Recovery after the launch deadline
Full backing snapshots a 30-day launch-submission deadline. Before that deadline, the campaign can request randomness and assign outcomes. At or after it, no additional positions can be processed and anyone may begin recovery for the unprocessed suffix.
Outcomes already assigned remain unchanged. Each unprocessed supporter recovers full backing, and the corresponding NFT becomes claimable by the artist. If processing stopped early, the realized number of direct awards can be lower than the original target.
Complete does not mean settled
Complete means every campaign position has an assigned
direct-award or FWA-listing outcome. It does not mean every FWA listing has
resolved, every earning has been harvested, or every beneficiary has
claimed.
